Listed below are the terms and conditions Mama Tigerlily is bound to in accordance with UK Distance selling laws and Online selling laws as set out by the government. I have also included further information which I am asked about frequently. For more information please email me using the contact form on the website.
PAYPAL
All payments received by Mama Tigerlily are processed via PayPal. In accordance to a contract I have signed with PayPal, I am bound by law to only ship goods directly to the address you have provided in your PayPal information. Please make sure your information is up to date before making a purchase with Mama Tigerlily. No refunds will be given as a result of incorrect information being given.
SHIPPING
UK- All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail, First Class Recorded delivery at a flat rate of £3.95
INTERNATIONAL- All orders outwith the UK will be sent Royal Mail International Recorded delivery at a flat rate of £15.
Recorded delivery provides both buyer and seller the best protection should something go wrong in transit and better enables me to rectify any issues which may occur.
UK orders will be delivered to you within 30 days, International Orders may take longer, please note once items have been shipped I have no control over how long the delivery will take. Custom items and those which require adjustments and or personalisation may take longer and will be agreed on at the time of purchase.
CUSTOMS TAX
Mama Tigerlily accepts no responsibility for any customs charges which may occur for items received outside of the UK. Buyers are responsible for paying any customs tax. Please also note, I can do nothing about items held up in customs.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
In accordance with UK law, you may cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered. Customers must return goods as they were delivered within 30 days to Mama Tigerlily at their own cost. Once I have received the item and determine it is in unworn condition you will be refunded in full with postage costs added.
REFUNDS
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, return as per the right to cancel policy above and refund will be given. If your items arrive damaged in any way, please contact me with details and picture evidence and I will endeavour to rectify with a replacement or refund, once the goods have been returned to myself.
Earrings are not covered by the refund policy unless damaged, due to hygiene reasons.
PERSONALISED/ CUSTOM PIECES
You have the right to cancel your order at any time in accordance with the right to cancel policy, however, if I have begun work on a custom piece, buyers are still liable for the cost of materials and my time. This cost will be deducted from your refund.
Buyers are also responsible for providing me with the correct information. Please check all spellings before submitting as I will create as per the information given and no refund will be given for any mistakes.
PRIVACY POLICY
Mama Tigerlily will not pass on any of your information unless required to do so for any legal reasons which may occur. I will use the information to fulfil the agreed terms of purchase only.
COPYRIGHT
Mama Tigerlily owns all Copyright of the designs and images used at Mama Tigerlily. These may not be used or copied in any way.
Mama Tigerlily will not breach any copyright law to create jewellery. Therefore please understand I will check all information given to me to make sure it does not break copyright law before I will agree to any work. Song lyrics may not be used, but song titles may. Please check with me about using literary quotes so I can ascertain the legality.
PHOTOGRAPHY
I aim to make sure my photographs are as true to life in showing each piece of Jewellery. Please understand that colours may vary slightly depending on the device/ screen you are viewing the Jewellery from. If you have any questions, please just ask.
NICKEL FREE ZONE
All the components used in my Jewellery making are lead and nickel free, in accordance with EU regulations.
